Welcome. A special welcome to new members. This is Your Chapter of CAMFT. Let us know on the bottom of your evals (at the end of each presentation) what topics you are interested in. Request presenters also. All of you are welcome to attend the board meeting from 11 to 12 each 4th Friday of the month after the speaker. Thank You to Amanda Cavicchi who has volunteered to help on the Board.
In July your Board will meet in a Board Retreat to set up the schedule for the upcoming year. Ilse has done a wonderful job planning and following up with setting up presentations and CEs. A great big THANK YOU to Carol for all her work on the website and getting us organized and moving. What a job she has had to keep track of members and payments. Sherry has given her time to start (and continue) the 3000 Club as well as giving us a wonderful private practice presentation. What great accomplishments for her Presidency!! Steve has kept the finances in order. Garry has watched over the Board making sure we keep on track with the bylaws and reminding us of our history as a Board. Martha has carefully taken notes each month for the minutes and kept track of our duties. Jeanne and Annette have brought us breakfast for a couple of years! Don't know if we could have stayed awake without it. Thank You!! Of course Garry's coffee helped. We look forward to seeing more of Keyvan and Omar and we appreciate their help. Omar has been our social media guru!
It only takes a few of us sharing the work to run this Board. Help us give you these great presentations!! Think how wonderful it would be to be able to call a colleague for a consult or for info. I did this a couple of months ago. Two texts and I had my answer.
