Central Counseling Services Inc. is a growing group private practice with two offices, one in Riverside and one in Murrieta. We are seeking full-time licensed therapists for both of our offices. We are all working on a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth services. We are seeking a self-starter who will stay motivated and be willing to see various clients. We use an EHR, and our staff is expected to maintain their records daily and to manage their calendars to keep them current. We have reception staff to schedule your initial intake clients. Our ideal candidate will have a background in trauma work and experience working with traumatized children. Our practice is diverse, so all candidates must be comfortable with clients of all ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, and family constellations. Spanish language skills would be a plus. Your schedule will be Tuesday-Saturdays, but it does have some flexibility. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and have a good sense of humor. You would join a dynamic group of therapists and admin staff who are positive and connected. Our team works together to help each other, and our priority is focused on our clients. We require a license, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, your own malpractice insurance (we also carry coverage for the office), and strong writing skills. Our staff are all expected to write a blog or V-logs monthly for our various social media platforms.
