I work with adults of all ages, however I have a passion for young adults. The wealth of my work has focused on individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment and relational issues, family of origin issues, trauma and abuse. I also have a lot of experience working with both children and parents that have been in the reunification process with Children and Family Services and have endured abuse or help to teach skills to prevent future abusive situations from occurring.

I approach my clients in a holistic fashion and pull from various therapy modalities. I believe it is important to tailor my approach to the individual needs of the person I am working with. I am familiar with using CBT, DBT, family systems, narrative, and solution focused approaches with clients.

Bio

I believe that as a therapist my task is to walk alongside my clients through their journey and provide them with the tools and skills that can help them achieve their goals. I have a passion for working with young adults, but have done the majority of my work in community counseling centers and private practice settings where I have worked with all age groups. I have also conducted parenting classes that meet court-ordered requirements.
