As your newly-elected board, we have decided that we should withhold our approval of the recently-revised CAMFT Chapter Agreement until CAMFT responds to some vital suggestions proffered by the Santa Clara Valley Chapter addressing issues such as bylaw review, suspension or termination, and the inspection of records. We believe we should not be rushed into any agreement that may not serve our needs, may impose onerous requirements, or may still be too one-sided and wanted to make you aware of our decision to further negotiate the terms of the agreement.
